Terms and conditions

In the following list you can see the terms and conditions governing the demands of customers, except as otherwise indicated and / or agreed during the actual booking. The management reserves to modify the conditions for new applications without notice.

Methods of reservation

The demand of availability is not binding and doesn't assume form of contract for none of the subjects
In case of real availability a communication will be sent to the customer containing the conditions of the required stay (date of stay and relative amounts) to be confirmed within 48 hours. If the customer doesn't confirm the reservation within the time extablished, his request will be cancelled.
The contract of booking will be completed through the payment of a deposit or by sending credit card data as per guarantee. .

Confirmation of booking through advance

The reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of advance that will happen no later than 4 days from the date of booking.

Terms of payment of the advance and penalties.:

Methods of payment accepted: Bank transfer, Postal order, Banker's draft (non-transferable), Credit card
Amount requested: 2 night/s
Deadline for the payment of the advance: 4 day/s

In case of confirmation of the reservation by credit card, the customer authorizes the charge of the advance required.

In the event of a cancellation by the Customer, the deposit will not return.

Confirmation of booking through credit card

No amount will then be taken in advance and the stay will be paid on the spot, except if it is necessary to apply penalties for late cancellations or no show.

The management reserves the right to check the validity of your credit card before your arrival (authorize the circuit of belonging) to guarantee your reservation. The management will contact you immediately in case of no authorization and / or invalidity of the card.

Other booking informations

The management reserves the right to require in advance the balance of your stay or weekly account.
In case of early departure will be counted at full price the days of actual living and at the price of housing only the day in excess.
